The capture tool and local reviewer work without sign-in. Use Try an example to rehearse without a microphone.

1. Start locally. Open Performance Mirror. Expand Local session recall, then choose Start local session. Reopening the tool never restarts capture.
2. Make a short sequence. Choose Try an example. Play, pause, seek, change speed or tonic, open help, and scroll. Finish with End local session, then Review latest saved session.
3. Recall the moment. Click a vertical step or move the horizontal playhead. The saved take, settings, viewport and supported panel state follow. Play the session at 1× to follow recorded playback; 4× and 16× are silent. Listen from this step auditions audio with the session clock paused.
4. Keep the conversation visible. Use Fit width, Whole view or Actual size. On phones/tablets, the Events / Replay / Notes tabs keep the timeline available. Choose Note this moment, ask “What were you noticing here?”, add a note or bookmark, then Save review.
5. Share deliberately. In Files & help, choose whether to include audio; it starts unchecked for local sessions. Choose Export. On the other computer, open the package through Files & help → Open replay package, then check the note time and audio before using it.

Prepare the no-sign-in fallback

Download the standalone viewer. Open the synthetic demo and choose Export to keep its generated example package. Open the downloaded HTML from disk, import the JSON, and test playback. Keep this viewer version beside the package. The teaching tool itself still needs a connection for its first load.

If something goes wrong

• Refresh or interruption: open the last saved session; only committed checkpoints are recovered. Start a new capture explicitly to continue.
• Save failure: keep the tab open and export before closing it.
• Missing audio: the saved view and notes still work. Obtain a deliberate export that includes the audio if listening is needed.
• Unknown old view/version: read the gap message; do not interpret a reference layout as an exact original screen.

This reconstructs saved state, not screen video. Private titles, lyrics and reflections are excluded. Missing waveform, spectrogram and sound-color results are labeled. Physical iPhone/iPad behavior and real singing accuracy still need a human rehearsal.

1. 主动开始记录。打开演奏回看，展开本机会话回看，点击开始本机会话。重新打开工具不会自动恢复记录。
2. 完成一段简短操作。点击试一个示例，播放、暂停、移动播放位置，调整速度或主音，打开帮助并滚动页面。随后点击结束本机会话和回看最近保存的会话。
3. 一起回到当时。点击纵向步骤或拖动横向时间线，查看对应录音、设置、视口和已保存的面板状态。1倍回看按记录时的播放状态同步原声；4倍和16倍回看静音。从此步回听会暂停会话时间，仅试听录音。
4. 边看边访谈。选择适合宽度、完整视图或实际大小。手机和平板可通过步骤／回放／笔记切换，时间线保持可用。点击记录此刻，询问“当时你注意到了什么？”，添加笔记或书签，然后保存回看。
5. 主动导出与分享。在文件与帮助中选择是否包含音频；本机会话默认不勾选。点击导出。在另一台电脑上通过文件与帮助 → 打开回看数据包导入，使用前核对笔记时间和音频。

准备无需登录的备用方案

下载离线回看页面。打开合成演示并点击导出，保存生成的示例数据包。从本机打开下载的HTML，再导入JSON并测试播放。请将这一版本的回看页面与数据包放在一起。教学工具首次加载仍需网络。

遇到问题时

• 刷新或中断：打开最近保存的会话；只能恢复成功保存的检查点。若要继续，请主动开始新会话。
• 保存失败：保持标签页打开，关闭前先导出。
• 缺少音频：仍可查看界面状态和笔记；需要回听时，请取得明确包含音频的导出文件。
• 旧记录缺少版本或视图：查看缺失提示，不要把参考布局当作准确的原始画面。

这里重建已保存状态，并非屏幕录像。不记录私人标题、歌词或输入的反思；未保存的声音强弱、频谱与音色结果会标明缺失。实际iPhone／iPad操作和真人歌声准确度仍需人工演练。

Where it is saved / 保存在哪里

Browser storage can be cleared. A downloaded package exposes its included notes/audio to anyone holding it. The public workshop link is unlisted, not access-controlled. / 浏览器存储可能被清理。拿到导出文件的人可查看其中包含的笔记和音频。工作坊链接未列出，但不是访问权限保护。
